After many children I was too fat in the middle and unhappy. I started eating healthy and exercising. Now, a couple months later, my stomach is flat and I am really happy but the problem is I’m too skinny everywhere else now too! My legs and butt and way too skinny. I want to gain a couple pounds without it all going to my stomach. If I increase calories a bit and keep exercising will that be enough?
