Simply performing this movement between 15 to 45 times daily will greatly help you get rid of a double chin GUARANTEED!

What’s more you can even alternate a bit with this workout by simply moving your head to the left or to the right for the entire workout for even more results on your left and right side of your face!

Well by combining the exercises listed here and by following  a strict low calorie diet and by performing cardio at least 3 to 4 times a week, that’s exactly how you will start to get rid of those jowls! Dropping your rib cage try to pull your lower ribs towards your pubic bone. Focus on keeping the shoulders relaxed at all times and your neck as straight and long as possible.

During the entire exercise you should also focus on your breathing trying to perform most of the movement on the outward breath. This will give you the most benefit possible.

It doesn’t take long to do this exercise every day and it will pay huge dividends in the long run. Stack the deck in your favor and commit to improving your posture for a healthier happier life.

Everyone knows that the foundation of a healthy body is the blood stream. In this article, I am going to discuss a technique that has really helped me regain my energy and help me to become more focused in my Internet marketing efforts.

Let me start by saying that there are a lot of conflicting ideas out there regarding the subject of nutrition and breathing to build a healthy body. I read an article some years back about the subject and only recently decided to re-implement what I had read. At the time, I was interested in results and as I remember, the article and the techniques discussed did help me gain more energy and focus. Here’s how the body works. When you take a breath of air, you not only control the oxygenation of your cells, you also are controlling the flow of the lymph fluid contained in your body. Your lymph system contains white blood cells, which protect your body. When your heart beats, it pumps blood through out your body, carrying nutrients and oxygen to the small blood vessels call capillaries. It is there that the real magic works. The cells know what they need and take the oxygen and nutrients needed for their health and excrete the waste that has built up inside them. Dead blood cells, blood protein and other toxic waste are removed by the lymph system. But here is the key: deep breathing activates your lymphatic system

Your bloodstream has a pump, your heart. The lymphatic system does not. Are you beginning to see why proper breathing techniques are so vital in keeping your body in peak physical performance?
How To Breath Properly To Get The Maximum Positive Effect:

It does not take a rocket scientist to realize that of all the things necessary for good health, oxygen is the most important. To that end, it is amazing to me that more time has not been spent on techniques to get the most oxygen to your bloodstream. Here is the ratio you should try:

Inhale 1 Count


Hold 4 Counts


Exhale 2 Counts

If you are able, increase the number you use to inhale but always keep the same ratio for holding and exhaling. In other words, if you inhale for 4 counts, you need to hold for 16 counts and exhale for 8 counts.

Why is it important to exhale for twice a long as you inhale? That is when your body eliminates all of the stored up toxins through the lymphatic system.

Why is it important to hold for 4 times as long? That is when your blood is fully oxygenated and your lymphatic system is activated.

Take 10 of these deep breaths, 3 times a day (I have actually been doing this 4 times a day, once in the morning, around noon, mid afternoon and then before bed time).

Recently there have been a marketing campaigns both online and on television promoting high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) as a healthy additive. They don’t blatanly claim that it is health food, but they are pretty sneaky in the way the advertise so it does fool some people into thinking that it isn’t bad for you. You may have heard some of the claims:

“It’s all natural”

“It’s made from corn”

“It has the same calories as table sugar”

and my favorite… “It’s no worse for you than sugar”

By telling us that high fructose corn syrup is “all natural” or “made from corn” they try to deceive us into believing that it is okay to eat large quantities of the stuff.

I think these ads are immoral. Think about this, America, at the rest of the world for that matter, is suffering from an obesity epidemic. Diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are on the rise because of poor health habits. All they are doing is making matters worse by tricking people into believing that HFCS is healthy. In the mean time, our children are getting fatter and even more unhealthy, yet the corporations are stuffing their pockets with large profits since high fructose corn syrup is in the vast majority of processed foods.

The claim they make about HFCS not being any worse for you than sugar is laughable. Sugar is one of the worse things you can ingest!

Their claim that HFCS is all natural is ridiculous. It is highly processed and does not come out of the ground that way. It will just make you fat!

The important thing to keep in mind if you want to be fit and healthy for life is to minimize, or better yet eliminate, all sugar and high fructose corn syrup from your diet. Better yet, most processed foods should be eliminated if you are serious about being lean.

Next time you drink a can of pop, eat some candy or a cupcake, just know that you will have to drink over 30 glasses of water and do over 1000 jumping jacks to offset what you took into your body. That will greatly delay losing body fat and the healthy life you are striving towards.
