Television commercials portray the “acid stomach” as needing immediate ROLAIDS. Is the stomach normally acid? How do you know when there is too much acid down there?

I hear sit-ups and crotches are not effective and I want to know proper way to sculp abs. I want to see some improvement by the end of the summer. And I also want to learn medication help my mind body and soul.

Obviously a muffin requires less gastric juice than a thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. Too much and you burn, to little and you don’t digest your food (eww). How does the stomach regulate acid/enzyme production?
